In Chinese folk medicine cinnamon has a reputation as a cure for cold and grip, and is used with tea and fresh ginger. It also helps with soreness (due to thyme content), revitalizes the nerves and blood.
Overnight before bed in 200 ml of water. Take one bigger ham and pour into it two cinnamon scoops and one large sifted honey pot. Say a little fresh ginger, around a cauldron jug. Squeeze in the whisper of boiling water.
Add three pots of lemon juice and cover.
After half an hour, take half a cup before going to bed, and take the other half half an hour on an empty stomach.
