Here are several drinks you should try to detox your body and eliminate all the toxins from your organism.


Recipe 1

Ingredients you will need:
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of hot water
Preparation:
Squeeze the lemon and then add a teaspoon of honey. Stir it well and add the cayenne pepper and the ground ginger. Finally pour it a cup of hot water and garnish the drink with a slice of lemon. Place the drink in a fridge and after several hours you can drink it.
